Date Palm Fertigation Pilot (GCC) — PKYDrip Early Access
Automated irrigation and fertilization for date palm plantations — engineered for extreme heat, high salinity and water-cost pressure.
Aligned with GCC food-security programs and 2030-style agricultural initiatives.
What the Pilot Includes
A limited number of date palm operations in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar get a guided automation pilot this season.
Heat-hardy control hardware
Controllers and dosing units specified for high-temperature pump rooms and field cabinets.
Water-savings report
Per-block water and fertilizer records — the data your sustainability reporting needs.
Off-grid capable
Blocks without network coverage keep running autonomously; data syncs when a link is available.
Who Should Apply
Designed for date palm operations and their contractors in the Gulf.
- Date palm plantations (from a few hundred trees upward)
- Agri-project contractors delivering palm greening and farm projects
- Estates combining date palm with forage or greenhouse blocks
Pilot Steps
Send your plantation profile
Palm count, block layout, water source and current irrigation — via WhatsApp.
Zone and dosing design
We design per-block schedules and the fertilizer program with your agronomist.
Season-long pilot
Installation with remote commissioning; adjustments via WhatsApp video calls.
Results review
Water savings, labor hours and yield indicators — documented for your project file.
What We Ask in Return
Water-meter and fertilizer records before and during the pilot.
A joint case study for our GCC references (Arabic or English, you approve).
GCC Pilot FAQ
Does the hardware handle Gulf summer temperatures?
Yes. Control cabinets and sensors are specified for high-temperature operation; exact limits depend on the configuration and mounting location.
Can it use treated wastewater or high-salinity wells?
Yes. Fertigation dosing and flushing schedules are configured around your water quality — share your water analysis during the design step.
We already have drip lines on the palms.
Even better — the pilot connects automation to your existing network without rebuilding it.
Do you support Arabic-language communication?
Documentation and support are in English; our regional partners provide Arabic-language installation. Arabic materials are being added.
