No Internet on Your Farm? Join Our Off-Grid Automation Pilot
Irrigation and fertigation that keeps running on schedule — with or without network, with or without grid power.
Built for regions where connectivity is expensive, unstable, or simply not there.
What the Pilot Includes
We select a limited number of farms in low-connectivity regions for a guided off-grid automation deployment.
Autonomous operation first
Zone schedules, fertigation dosing and EC/pH control run locally — no cloud dependency.
Optional data when available
Whenever 4G or WiFi appears, records sync to the cloud; when it drops, irrigation continues.
Solar-ready design
Works with solar or generator power — designed around load-shedding and remote sites.
Who Should Apply
This pilot targets the hardest conditions, not the easiest ones.
- Farms in remote areas without reliable internet (Africa, Middle East, Central Asia, islands)
- Regions with frequent power cuts — automation must survive load-shedding
- Projects where GSM data plans are too expensive for constant cloud connection
Pilot Steps
Describe your conditions
Internet, power, water source and zones — a short WhatsApp message is enough.
System design call
We design an off-grid configuration and confirm hardware list.
Deployment with local team
Your installer or our partner commissions it with our remote guidance.
Season review
We measure water savings, reliability and offline performance together.
What We Ask in Return
A reliability log: how many days autonomous operation ran without intervention.
Consent to publish the results as a case study (with your approval of the final text).
Off-Grid FAQ
What exactly works without internet?
All irrigation schedules, valve control, fertigation dosing and EC/pH control run on the controller itself. Cloud is only used for remote monitoring and historical data.
Can I still see what happened when I get signal?
Yes. Records are stored locally and sync to the cloud platform when a connection becomes available.
Does it work with solar power?
Yes. Low-power design supports solar supply — tell us your power situation and we size the configuration.
Which regions do you prioritize?
South Africa, Middle East and East Africa pilots are scheduled first, but we review all applications.
