Factory Supplier of Greenhouse Climate & Irrigation Control Systems
Irrigation controller supplier and OEM factory for white-label irrigation control systems and greenhouse climate control systems. Private label HMI, expandable cabinets, and batch supply for distributors, greenhouse builders, and local brands.
Not a consumer garden timer. Built for B2B supply, project cabinets, and branded product lines.

Industrial Android HMI — daily operation for irrigation strategies and greenhouse climate equipment.
Two product lines from one factory
Irrigation control system
Irrigation strategies, not only timers and zones. Pump and valve automation, weather-station inputs, and solar-radiation triggers. Expand to fertigation when the project needs nutrient control.
Greenhouse climate control
Outdoor weather station plus condition-based control of wet walls, fans, roll-up film, shade, heating, and optional CO₂. Logic layer and electrical cabinet are designed separately for safer switching.
Irrigation strategies — beyond timer and zone control
A basic irrigation controller starts and stops valves on a clock. The PKYDrip irrigation control system runs strategies: rules that combine time windows, sensor feedback, and outdoor weather so irrigation follows crop demand instead of a fixed schedule.
What the irrigation controller can use
- Zone and pump control — sequential or grouped valves, pump start/stop, pressure and flow monitoring where specified
- Outdoor weather station — temperature, humidity, wind, rain, light, and solar radiation (W/m²) as strategy inputs
- Solar-radiation irrigation — start, skip, or adjust irrigation when radiation crosses a setpoint (typical for greenhouse and high-light crops)
- Condition logic — AND/OR rules, time windows, and averaging so a short cloud or wind spike does not fire a false cycle
- Event log — each run records the trigger, sensor reading, and equipment state
This is the same factory platform used for greenhouse climate: the irrigation controller is the strategy layer; pumps, valves, and cabinets execute it.
Expandable climate control cabinet
The cabinet is not a fixed “fan box”. Outputs are configured for the greenhouse equipment you already install — and extended when the project grows.

Factory-built cabinet: controller, relays, contactors, and labeled field terminals. High-power switching stays in the electrical layer.
Equipment the system can control
| Equipment | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Wet wall / cooling pad + circulation pump | Evaporative cooling sequenced with exhaust fans |
| Exhaust fans | Staged banks by temperature threshold |
| Circulation fans | Air mixing on schedule or condition |
| Roll-up film / side vents | Open/close by temperature, wind, or manual command |
| Shade curtains | Deploy by light intensity or solar radiation |
| Hot-air heaters | Cold-climate and night heating interface |
| CO₂ sensing + generator | Optional add-on: measure CO₂ and control generation equipment |
| Irrigation pumps and valves | Same cabinet family can run irrigation strategies |
| Fertigation system link | Connect automatic fertigation (EC/pH, dosing) on the same platform |
Software issues commands; the electrical cabinet switches motors. Sequential startup limits inrush (each group ≤ 2 kW, configurable delay) so generators and site power are not hit by every motor at once.

Operator view: outdoor weather, zone climate, and equipment status — including circulation fans and shade — with alarms on the same screen.
Link to automatic fertigation
Irrigation control and climate control do not replace a dosing system. When the project needs nutrient recipes, EC/pH, and multi-channel fertilizer, PKYDrip fertigation machines connect on the same industrial controller platform — separate operator screens for climate and fertigation.

Start with irrigation strategies and climate. Add an automatic fertigation unit when the crop and channel require it — not as a separate unrelated brand.

OEM / private label / white label
Build a climate and irrigation product line under your brand. PKYDrip supplies the factory layer: controller, HMI, cabinet options, and strategy software.
What we can white-label
- HMI logo, product name, and color scheme
- Device label, packing, and documentation language
- I/O naming for your typical greenhouse or irrigation jobs
- Cabinet size and output count by project or SKU
How supply works
- Share market, brand, and target equipment list
- Confirm climate, irrigation, and/or fertigation configuration
- Sample or small pilot batch
- Batch production and stable SKUs
White-label HMI from 5 units, subject to engineering review. Safety interlocks and high-power switching stay in the electrical cabinet — OEM branding does not mean unrestricted changes to safety logic.
Who this page is for
- Greenhouse builders and climate-equipment brands
- Control-cabinet factories and irrigation contractors
- Distributors who need a white-label irrigation control system
- Local brands that want factory supply, not a consumer timer
Not a fit: home garden timers, one-off DIY Arduino boards, or buyers who only want the lowest-cost consumer controller.
Send this on WhatsApp (faster configuration)
- Company type (distributor / greenhouse builder / cabinet factory / local brand)
- Product line: climate, irrigation control, fertigation, or a combination
- Estimated quantity (sample / pilot / batch)
- White-label: yes / later
- Target market and voltage (220 V / 380 V)
- Equipment list: wet wall, fans, roll-up, shade, heaters, CO₂, valves, fertigation
We reply with a practical SKU set: irrigation strategy controller, climate cabinet, and fertigation link if needed.
FAQ
Are you an irrigation controller supplier or a climate factory?
Both. This page is the factory / OEM entry for irrigation control systems and greenhouse climate control systems. Same industrial platform, configured as irrigation strategies, climate cabinets, or both.
Is this still a timer-and-zone irrigation controller?
Timer and zone control remain available. The product is built for irrigation strategies — including weather-station data and solar radiation as an automatic irrigation input — not only clock schedules.
Can the cabinet control wet walls, fans, and roll-up film?
Yes. Typical expansions include wet-wall pumps, exhaust fans, circulation fans, roll-up film, and shade. Cold-climate projects can add heater control. CO₂ sensing and CO₂ generation equipment are optional add-ons.
Can it connect to an automatic fertigation system?
Yes. Fertigation is a linked product family on the same controller platform, with a dedicated operator interface. It is not required for a climate-only or irrigation-only cabinet.
Do you support OEM, private label, and white label?
Yes. HMI branding, labels, and documentation can carry your brand. Sample and small-batch orders are available before stable SKU supply.
Is the HMI photo and cabinet photo from a real system?
Yes. The images on this page are factory and HMI photos from PKYDrip systems, not generated artwork.
