Open Integration

PKYDrip Open Automation Platform

Standard products, configurable modules and documented integration for irrigation, fertigation and greenhouse automation — without turning every project into a one-off control system.

Local-first control
Control and power separation
Integrator and OEM boundaries
Open automation architecture with local control logic, optional gateway and local power cabinet

Who this platform is for

Best for

  • Greenhouse and irrigation integrators
  • Control panel builders and OEM partners
  • Distributors packaging repeatable systems

Partner role

  • Local electrical cabinet and installation
  • Field commissioning and first-line support
  • Market language, compliance and logistics

Not designed for

  • Hobby systems without qualified installation
  • Unlimited free custom firmware for every order
  • Assuming open means full source-code by default

Standard, configurable and reviewed

Use this boundary when evaluating integration, OEM packaging and partner delivery.

Standard

Included
  • Local automatic operation
  • Documented product interfaces
  • Standard parameter templates
  • Installation and wiring packages
  • Remote product training

Configurable

Select when ordering
  • Language and equipment naming
  • Sensor and zone packages
  • Gateway and platform deployment
  • Weather and fertigation interlocks
  • OEM labeling subject to evaluation

Engineering Review

Evaluated separately
  • New third-party protocols
  • Major core-logic changes
  • Safety-critical redesign
  • Source-code access agreements
  • Country-specific complete cabinet certification

What open means here

Open refers to documented integration and controlled OEM configuration. It does not mean unrestricted source-code access or unlimited custom engineering on every order.

Local-first control

Core automation continues without internet. Gateways are optional.

Modular hardware

Standard controllers, sensors, valve nodes and fertigation units combine by configuration.

Control / power separation

Logic and control outputs stay separate from high-power switching and motor protection.

Standard interfaces

Documented wiring, I/O mapping and integration checklists for partners.

Configurable communications

Ethernet, Wi-Fi or 4G selected after site network and maintenance responsibility are confirmed.

Recipe and config portability

Programs, recipes and parameter templates support repeatable deployments.

After a network outage

Local schedules, interlocks and automatic control remain available on the controller. Remote monitoring and platform features pause until connectivity returns.

  • Local programs continue without internet
  • Optional gateways do not replace local logic
  • Platform deployment is selected by configuration

Core products on the platform

Applications are assembled from standard PKYDrip products and configurable modules.

  • PKY-GHC01 modular greenhouse automation controller
  • PKY-FG501 five-channel premix fertigation unit
  • PKY-RIC01 remote irrigation control packages
