PKYDRIP Irrigation Demonstration System
Contractor Training & Partner Demonstration Platform
The PKYDRIP Demonstration System is a fully operational irrigation automation platform designed for:
- irrigation contractors
- agricultural system integrators
- project partners
- distributors
Unlike a traditional showroom, this system demonstrates the complete irrigation control architecture in real operation — including wiring, protection logic, sequential irrigation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Who this page is for
If you are:
- building irrigation projects and need a stable control architecture
- training technicians and want a hands-on demo system
- evaluating PKYDRIP for regional distribution / cooperation
- looking for a retrofit-friendly automation solution
This page explains what the Demonstration System contains and how we cooperate.
What this system demonstrates
This platform is built to show real engineering behavior, not a “static display”.
You can demonstrate and test:
- sequential irrigation (one valve at a time)
- pump automation and protection logic
- flow / pressure monitoring
- irrigation plans (daily / weekly / multiple cycles)
- alarm logic and troubleshooting workflow
- upgrade path: LoRa / 4G / solar / fertigation
System Architecture
The demonstration system simulates a real irrigation project including:
- water source
- pump system
- pipeline
- sensors
- irrigation controller
- irrigation zones
Sensors installed in the system allow contractors to observe real operational data.
Sequential Irrigation Logic
The PKYDRIP controller runs irrigation zones sequentially.
Example:
Zone 1 → irrigation
Zone 2 → irrigation
Zone 3 → irrigation
Only one valve runs at a time.
This provides:
- stable pressure
- smaller pump requirement
- lower pipeline cost
- reliable irrigation operation
System Functional Blocks
The demonstration platform shows the core automation capabilities of the PKYDRIP system.
Automatic Irrigation
The controller automatically starts irrigation according to preset schedules.
Sequential Valve Irrigation
Multiple irrigation zones are operated sequentially.
Irrigation Scheduling
Supported irrigation plans include:
- daily irrigation
- weekly irrigation
- multiple irrigation cycles per day
System Monitoring
The system displays real-time operational data.
System Status
- controller running status
- irrigation program status
Pump Status
- pump start
- pump stop
Flow Monitoring
- real-time flow rate
- accumulated flow volume
Pressure Monitoring
- pipeline pressure
Valve Status
- valve open
- valve closed
Protection Functions
The platform demonstrates system safety logic.
Over Pressure Protection
The system detects abnormal pipeline pressure and stops irrigation automatically.
Low Flow Protection
Low flow may indicate water shortage or pipeline blockage.
The controller will stop the system to prevent damage.
Core Equipment (BOM)
| Component | Description |
|---|---|
| Irrigation Controller | PKYDRIP main irrigation controller |
| Solenoid Valves | 24V DC irrigation solenoid valves |

Wiring Diagram
Typical wiring includes:
- controller to pump relay
- controller to zone valves
- controller to flow sensor
- controller to pressure sensor
Actual wiring should follow controller specifications and local electrical standards.
Demonstration Rack Structure
The demonstration system is usually installed on a compact training rack including:
- irrigation controller panel
- valve manifold
- sensors
- pump unit
- sprinkler demonstration zone
- water return tank
Water is circulated within the system to allow continuous demonstration without water waste.
Expansion Modules
The demonstration system can be expanded to include additional modules.
Wireless Irrigation Control
- LoRa valve controllers
- LoRa pump controllers
Remote Control
- 4G electric valve controllers
- remote irrigation monitoring
Solar Irrigation
- solar powered irrigation pumps
- hybrid solar irrigation systems
Contractor Training
The demonstration system allows contractors to learn:
- controller wiring
- irrigation zone configuration
- irrigation scheduling
- irrigation automation logic
- troubleshooting procedures
Contractors can quickly understand how to deploy irrigation systems using the PKYDRIP platform.
Global Demonstration Program
PKYDRIP plans to deploy demonstration systems in several regions including:
- Australia
- Dubai
- Saudi Arabia
These systems support:
- contractor training
- partner cooperation
- irrigation project demonstrations
- system testing
Cooperation Models
Choose the cooperation mode that matches your business:
A) Contractor Training Kit
You use the rack to train your technicians and demonstrate to customers.
B) Partner Demonstration & Local Projects
We support system design guidance and product selection for local projects, and you handle installation.
C) Regional Cooperation (Distributor / Integrator)
For qualified partners, we can discuss long-term cooperation including product sets, documentation, and localization support.
What we need from you (to respond fast)
To recommend a suitable structure quickly, please share:
- Location / country
- Project type (farm / greenhouse / landscape / municipal)
- Existing system status (new build or retrofit)
- Pump power (HP/kW) or flow & head if known
- Number of irrigation zones (valves)
- Irrigation type (drip / sprinkler / mixed)
Even if you don’t know all details, share what you have — we can guide the rest.
