PKY-FG501 prepares nutrient solution as a standard fertigation unit. Irrigation pumps, filtration, stock tanks, field valves and high-power electrical work remain with the local partner unless ordered as confirmed options.

Before-and-after EC/pH measurement
The first EC/pH measurement point records the incoming water condition before fertilizer mixing. The second measurement point checks the mixed nutrient solution. The controller uses both process points together with recipe, ratio and target settings to adjust nutrient preparation.

Premix fertigation process

Valve expansion up to 128 control points
The wired-bus option can be configured for up to 128 solenoid-valve control points when the required decoders and system hardware are included. Wireless expansion requires compatible wireless valve controllers.

Why are EC and pH measured before and after mixing?
The pre-mixing point records incoming water condition. The post-mixing point checks the prepared nutrient solution. The controller uses both process measurements with recipe, ratio and target settings to adjust nutrient preparation. This is process control, not redundant or backup sensing.
Are five fertilizer stock tanks included?
No. The standard unit includes five dosing channels and the 200 L premix tank. Fertilizer stock tanks are supplied by the local partner or ordered as confirmed options.
Does the standard unit include 128 valve outputs?
No. Up to 128 solenoid-valve control points is an optional wired-bus configuration when the required decoders and system hardware are included. Wireless expansion needs compatible wireless valve controllers.
Can the system run without internet?
Yes. Local programs continue without internet. Ethernet, Wi-Fi and 4G are optional gateways selected after site network and maintenance responsibility are confirmed.
Who supplies the 4G SIM card?
The local customer or partner normally provides the SIM and data plan. PKYDrip does not include a global data plan with the standard unit.
Can recipes be copied between greenhouse zones?
Recipes and programs are managed on the local controller. Zone grouping and rotation can be configured for multi-zone projects. Exact recipe-copy workflows depend on the confirmed software configuration.
What filtration is required?
Suitable water filtration is required and remains local partner or customer scope unless included in a confirmed package. Sites without adequate filtration are not a good fit for this unit.
What information is needed before quotation?
Company and country, customer type, crop and growing method, greenhouse or irrigation area, required flow and pressure, number of irrigation zones, preferred standard configuration, water-analysis availability, and existing pumps, filters and electrical cabinet.
