PKYDrip-E03

Why choose this model

This model is specified for a defined operating depth and nutrient-channel count, not as a generic cabinet with one number changed.

Short learning curve for operators who currently start pumps, open valves and dose fertilizer by hand.

Proportional or time-based dosing keeps a stable fertilizer program without requiring closed-loop tuning.

Irrigation-zone management is included so water and fertilizer follow the same local sequence.

Remote communication stays optional, which suits sites that need dependable local operation first.

Three channels match the compact A + B + acid recipe with lower process complexity.

Application scenarios

Orchards and hoop houses that already have a stable fertilizer recipe and need to stop repeating the same manual sequence.

Projects where operators change often and the control logic must stay obvious on a local panel.

Sites that may add remote access later, but must run correctly with local power and local I/O first.

Compact projects and common two-part nutrient recipes with pH correction.

Operation and process

  1. 01
Select the irrigation zone and start the local automatic or timed program.
  2. 02
Dosing channels run by ratio or duration while the pump and valves follow the same sequence.
  3. 03
Alarms stay local unless optional remote communication is specified.

Connectivity and expansion

Local operation is the default. 4G, Wi-Fi, Ethernet or LoRa can be added by configuration. Climate and weather-station integration is not part of the Easy series.

Installation requirements

Provide a level, drained mounting position with access for suction lines, water mains, valves and service clearance.

Confirm incoming power before ordering. AC 380 V is a common project configuration; AC 220 V requires evaluation.

Mainline flow, pressure, fertilizer tank layout and zone-valve count must be submitted for hydraulic and I/O review.

Sensor location, mixing time and field calibration are part of commissioning, not a factory guarantee of one-sensor accuracy.

Optional accessories

10-inch customized touchscreen in place of the 7-inch standard interface

Additional irrigation-zone I/O or remote expansion modules

Redundant EC/pH sensing on S and P series

4G, Wi-Fi, Ethernet or LoRa communication modules

Climate-control and weather-station hardware on P series after engineering review
