PKYDrip-P03

Why choose this model

This model is specified for a defined operating depth and nutrient-channel count, not as a generic cabinet with one number changed.

Recipe management, configurable workflows, batch records, trends and alarms are part of the professional layer.

MQTT, API and Modbus interfaces support ThingsBoard and other third-party platforms after engineering review.

Climate-control systems and weather stations can be added with extra hardware; they are not assumed in the base cabinet.

The same 7-inch standard / 10-inch customized screen rule applies, so the public model name stays short.

Three channels match the compact A + B + acid recipe with lower process complexity.

Application scenarios

High-value vegetables, berries, nursery and hydroponic sites that keep more than one active recipe.

Growers who need batch records, trends and alarms for internal QA or customer traceability.

Projects that will connect fertigation to climate, weather or a farm platform through reviewed interfaces.

Compact projects and common two-part nutrient recipes with pH correction.

Control targets are system targets and are not the same as the nominal accuracy of one sensor.

Operation and process

  1. 01
Select or edit a recipe, then bind it to a configurable process workflow and irrigation-zone group.
  2. 02
The machine records batches, trends and alarms while EC/pH remain under closed-loop control.
  3. 03
Approved users can review history locally and, when specified, through remote or third-party interfaces.

Connectivity and expansion

Communication options include 4G, Wi-Fi, Ethernet and LoRa. Integration interfaces are MQTT, API and Modbus; ThingsBoard can be supported after review. Climate-control systems and weather stations require additional hardware.

Installation requirements

Provide a level, drained mounting position with access for suction lines, water mains, valves and service clearance.

Confirm incoming power before ordering. AC 380 V is a common project configuration; AC 220 V requires evaluation.

Mainline flow, pressure, fertilizer tank layout and zone-valve count must be submitted for hydraulic and I/O review.

Sensor location, mixing time and field calibration are part of commissioning, not a factory guarantee of one-sensor accuracy.

Optional accessories

10-inch customized touchscreen in place of the 7-inch standard interface

Additional irrigation-zone I/O or remote expansion modules

Redundant EC/pH sensing on S and P series

4G, Wi-Fi, Ethernet or LoRa communication modules

Climate-control and weather-station hardware on P series after engineering review
