EC/pH closed-loop control is intended for repeatable production, not one-off manual correction.
PKYDrip-S06 · Standard
PKYDrip-S06
The primary standardized production series for repeatable fertigation at greenhouses, orchards and professional farms. For complex recipes, frequent crop changes or a reserved channel for future expansion.
PKYDrip-S06
Why choose this model
This model is specified for a defined operating depth and nutrient-channel count, not as a generic cabinet with one number changed.
VFD pump control, fertilizer channels and zone valves are treated as one production machine.
The 7-inch standard touchscreen is the public interface; a 10-inch customized screen is quoted when required.
The series is specified for greenhouses, orchards and professional farms that need the same result shift after shift.
Six channels leave room for complex multi-stock recipes, crop switching or a reserved expansion line.
Application scenarios
Commercial greenhouses that need the same EC/pH result across blocks and shifts.
Orchard and farm pump stations where fertigation must share valve logic with irrigation zones.
Integrators standardizing one production SKU across multiple similar sites.
For complex recipes, frequent crop changes or a reserved channel for future expansion.

Control targets are system targets and are not the same as the nominal accuracy of one sensor.
Operation and process
- 01The controller holds EC and pH targets for the selected program and zone group.
- 02Fertilizer valves, acid channel, VFD pump and irrigation valves operate as one closed-loop sequence.
- 03Operators adjust standard recipes and parameters on the 7-inch standard interface, or on a 10-inch customized screen when quoted.
Connectivity and expansion
4G, Wi-Fi, Ethernet and LoRa are selected by project. Remote management is optional. Climate and weather interfaces can be reserved; they are not a standard bundled station.
Installation requirements
Provide a level, drained mounting position with access for suction lines, water mains, valves and service clearance.
Confirm incoming power before ordering. AC 380 V is a common project configuration; AC 220 V requires evaluation.
Mainline flow, pressure, fertilizer tank layout and zone-valve count must be submitted for hydraulic and I/O review.
Sensor location, mixing time and field calibration are part of commissioning, not a factory guarantee of one-sensor accuracy.
Optional accessories
10-inch customized touchscreen in place of the 7-inch standard interface
Additional irrigation-zone I/O or remote expansion modules
Redundant EC/pH sensing on S and P series
4G, Wi-Fi, Ethernet or LoRa communication modules
Climate-control and weather-station hardware on P series after engineering review
