Fertigation System Architecture
Connect fertilizer injection, EC/pH monitoring, dosing logic, and irrigation zones into one controlled fertigation structure.
Typical Applications
Irrigation-linked fertilizer injection for controlled crop production.
EC/pH monitoring and nutrient solution management.
Strawberry, blueberry, vegetables, and nursery projects.
Add fertigation control to existing pumps, filters, tanks, and pipelines.
Fertigation System Structure
A complete fertigation system includes hydraulic equipment, fertilizer injection equipment, EC/pH monitoring, dosing control, and irrigation coordination. The controller is one module inside this larger system.
- Water source and pump provide the hydraulic base
- Filters protect downstream valves and drip lines
- Fertigation unit injects fertilizer into the irrigation flow
- EC/pH sensors provide nutrient and acidity feedback
EC and pH Control
EC control helps manage nutrient concentration. pH control helps adjust acidity according to crop and water quality requirements. Control logic depends on sensor feedback, dosing equipment, and project configuration.
- Target EC value for nutrient concentration
- Target pH range for crop requirements
- Sensor feedback before or after mixing depending on system design
Dosing Pump Logic and Recipes
Dosing pumps can be controlled by time, proportional dosing, or recipe-based logic. Recipe management is useful for greenhouse, hydroponic, strawberry, blueberry, and other high-value crop projects.
- Multi-channel fertilizer dosing
- Acid or alkali dosing for pH adjustment
- Crop-stage recipe settings when required
Typical System Structure
A fertigation system adds fertilizer injection and nutrient monitoring to the irrigation pipeline so water and fertilizer can be managed together.
